• High octane rating: RON 118, MON 101, with excellent anti-knock properties
• High oxygen content: 18.2%, promoting complete fuel combustion
• Low boiling point: 55.2°C, highly volatile, suitable for rapid blending
• Fully miscible with gasoline, with excellent blending properties
• Good chemical stability, resistant to oxidation and decomposition

• Gasoline additives: Increases octane rating to 93–95, reduces CO emissions
• Isobutylene production: Cracked to produce polymer-grade isobutylene (≥99.9%)
