Product Description
Ethyl acetate also known as acetic acid ethyl ester, is an important organic chemical raw material and an excellent organic solvent. It is a colorless, transparent, and highly volatile liquid with a fruity odor. Ethyl acetate is miscible with most organic solvents, such as ethanol, diethyl ether, chloroform, and acetone, and is slightly soluble in water (approximately 8.3 g/100 mL at 20°C).
Ethyl acetate is widely used in industries such as paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, synthetic leather, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and fragrances. As an environmentally friendly organic solvent, ethyl acetate offers excellent solubility and a moderate evaporation rate.
